Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ - ΑΡΣΑΚΟY / ΕYΕΡΓΕΤΟY - ΔΙΚΑΙΟY - ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟYΣ / ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ - ΑΠΕΛΛΑ[ΙΟΥ] Phraates enthroned right, receiving palm from Tyche standing left, holding cornucopiat; below throne, [Θ]ΠC.
